These Terms of Service apply to purchases made on sonnelo.com, the Sonnelo online store, operated by MAMITO LLC, for products sold under the Sonnelo brand.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms in force at the time of your purchase. Different terms proposed by a customer only apply if MAMITO LLC has expressly accepted them in writing.

3. Products

Our store offers products under the Sonnelo brand, including ergonomic pillows for children aged 1 to 14. Each product is presented on its own page with a description, images and the main available information. We do our best to present products accurately; however, small differences may exist in color depending on your screen, materials and finish, dimensions, packaging or minor production changes. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the delivered product.

Important: Sonnelo pillows are comfort products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Information on this website does not replace the advice of a qualified health professional. Not for children under 12 months. Always choose the size that matches your child's age, as indicated on the product page.

4. Prices

Prices are those shown on the website at the time of your order, in US dollars. Before you confirm your order, you see the price of the products and the total amount. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout. We may change prices, offers, discounts and promotions at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders. The total amount of your order is clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

6. Orders and formation of the contract

You choose your products, add them to your cart and can check your information before confirming your purchase. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to buy the selected products. An automatic email usually confirms that we have received your order. The sale is concluded when the order is accepted, the product is shipped or a shipping confirmation is sent.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is no longer available, the payment cannot be accepted or verified, there is an obvious error in the price or description, there are reasonable signs of fraud or abuse, or delivery to the given address is not possible. In that case, any amount paid is refunded.

Payment is made through the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

10. Product use and care

Please follow the care and use instructions provided with the product and on the product page. The pillow and its cover are machine washable; follow the washing instructions on the label.

To the extent permitted by law, MAMITO LLC is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products, nor for damages resulting from use that does not follow the instructions provided. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, brand name) belongs to MAMITO LLC or its partners and may not be used without prior written permission.
